The owner, Phil Blumberg, grew up in Pepperell, MA but got his start in carpentry in New Orleans, LA. What began as a volunteer year to help rebuild the
city after Hurricane Katrina turned into a lifelong passion for
carpentry and over the past 15+ years he has been very fortunate
to learn from some extremely talented carpenters. He and his wife moved to Shrewsbury, MA in 2016 to be closer to family and he started
Perris Woodworks in 2020. He now has a young daughter and enjoys hockey and running.
